Johnny O’Brady’s room- is classic for the old Lorianne Hotel.
Here is Kyle’s room in progress- a shot from last week as he was getting ready for the Opening Reception. Kyle killed it with the 3D installation of clouds against the ceiling. Check him out while he was working:
Johnny O’Brady posted this up on his facebook and I had to share it with everyone!

“The Robber Bridegroom”, “Bluebeard” and “The Feather Bird” by the Grimm Brothers follow the same basic story line, and all three provide inspiration for this painting. Three sisters, one by one, are kidnapped and forced into marriage or servitude with specific guidelines and dire consequences. The first two give into curiosity, and are killed or maimed by their abductor. The third displays discipline, resolve, and wit–she not only restores her two sisters to health, she avenges their wrong doing, usually ending in the death of the protagonist. In the “Feather Bird”, the heroine disguises herself as an exotic bird to fool the wedding party and the evil sorcerer responsible for her family’s woes. In the end, the outwitted sorcerer and all of his friends are killed by the men of her family. For this painting, I decided to replace the disguise of the exotic bird with a murder of crows. -Chris Sheridan on the oil painting in room #308
one of the eeriest rooms in the house… but is classic Jeff Taylor style. Not exactly warm and fuzzy, but you have to give it to him -cause it’s awesome. But gives you goosebumps.
